I ended up at R C HIll because of the "good experiences" a friend of mine told me about R C Hill.At this point I have to tell you that everything he told me seems to be correct.All of the people whom I have been in contact with (Service Mgr, Gal in the service dept office, Mechanic who worked on my vehicle, Rafael in Sales) have been very courteous and helpful.Having managed people all of my working days, I know that hiring the right person for a specific task is a task in itself. Whomever hired, placed and trained the people I have been dealing with did a terrific job.Your people represent the Company very well!Normally, I dread dealing with the people in Auto dealerships. I was at the RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland FL on Oct. 13th, 2009 for an oil change and to purchase and replace my windshield wipers and as always, I was treated very courteously by the staff and my car is running just fine. I am very happy to report that the RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland gets an A+.

Your sales staff was extremely helpful and non aggressive when it came to what I was looking for. Chad explained everything to me that I asked of him, and did it without malice or deceit. Also, Tom was did an excellent job in working with me on what services I wanted to have, and specifically the setup of my down payment and registration, amongst all the standard procedural necessities. Both Tom and Chad made my experience not only delightful, but very non threatening and informational. I believe in being genuine and concise when dealing with people; Mr. Hill your staff that I had the pleasure of working with, demonstrated this with the utmost integrity that would be expected from a professional sales team. My experience was pleasurable and easy. I will definitely refer anyone I know who is in the market to purchase a car to your store. Your Service departnment is great.They are all positve and knowledgeable.The above items are expected but not always received, when interacting with employees in the service industry.In addition there are two areas that your team goes above and beyond, what I consider "good" customer service.1.) As I said above the employees of the service departnment are very knowleable on top of this they dont guess at the answers they provide.If they are not 100% sure of an answer they find the individual who knows the answer and quickly come back when they are sure the answer they are providing is correct. I greatly respect an individual who will admit when they dont know an answer and takes the time to find the right answer.2.) They care about and enjoy their jobs. This shows in the way they treat each customer. I demand a lot as a customer, and not once did a single one of your employees show any sign that it was not their #1 goal to ensure I had a perfect experience while at your dealship.I also observed other customer receiving the same experience I received. I had a chat with an older getleman who was also having his vehical serviced. During our conversation he stated "This is the best Mitsubishi service center he had ever delt with."I manage a team of 4 managers with a total of 75 engineers. We handle the support for multiple million dollar accounts and many of my engineers do not provide the same level of support I received from your team.Adam T. E.,

Dear Mr Hill,I just wanted to drop you a quick line to tell you about my experience purchasing my car at your dealership. Chad Howell was my salesperson and I have to say that this is the first time Ive ever dealt with a car salesman that actually seemed to care about giving me the best deal..not just offering me a car that would give him the biggest commision or pressuring me to try and spend above my limits. I had a strict budget I needed to stay within and Chad and his team did everything possible to get within my reach and succeeded! I had a 97 Mirage with almost 250K on it that was a great car and I wanted to stick with Mitsubushi. Your team made it possible.
